Carefully disassemble your furniture if necessary and pack it in its original manufacturer packaging to ensure the item remains protected during transit.

Once your request is approved, our specialized furniture freight partners will contact you to schedule a convenient window for curbside or in-home pickup.
Inspection and Refund
After our warehouse team inspects the returned item to confirm it is in like-new condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
